Q When is the check-in and check-out times?
The check-in time is from 3:00pm and the check-out time is 12:00pm, although it depends on the accommodation plan you reserve.
Q Can I leave my luggage before check-in?
◇Inside the hotel:
We provide self-service lockers exclusively for hotel guests on the 1st floor, available from 6:00 AM to 10:30 PM, free of charge.
If the self-service lockers are unavailable (e.g., fully occupied), please ask the Bell Captain Desk on the 3rd floor to hold your luggage.
◇Hotel Service Counter (Maihama Station):
Luggage can also be stored at the Hotel Service Counter inside the Tokyo Disney Resort® Welcome Center, located next to JR Maihama Station, open from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Please note that valuables, fragile items, and food or drinks cannot be stored.

Q What are the Hotel room cancellation fees?
Regarding Cancellations After Reservation Confirmation
Cancellation fees will be charged based on the number of days prior to the scheduled stay when the cancellation notice is received, as outlined below:
◆ For Individual Reservations (Up to 7 Rooms)
No-show: 100%
On the day of stay: 80%
1 day before: 50%
7 days before: 10%
◆ For Group Reservations (8–49 Rooms)
No-show: 100%
On the day of stay: 100%
1 day before: 100%
7 days before: 70%
14 days before: 50%
30 days before: 30%
◆For Large Group Reservations (50 Rooms or More)
No-show: 100%
On the day of stay: 100%
1 day before: 100%
7 days before: 90%
14 days before: 80%

Please use the laundry bag and slip provided in your room and bring it to the lobby staff.

Advance reservations are required for the limousine bus for the airport.
