The check-in time is from 3:00pm and the check-out time is 12:00pm, although it depends on the accommodation plan you reserve.

Q What is the bed size?
The bed size for each guest room type is indicated on official website where it describes the guest rooms.

Q Do you have a Laundry Service?
Laundry service is available for a fee.
Please use the laundry bag and slip provided in your room and bring it to the lobby staff.
If we receive your request by 9:00 AM, we will deliver to your room by 6:00 PM on the same day.
However, same-day finishing is not available on Sundays and from 12/30 to 1/3.

Q Is there a bus between the Hotel and JR Maihama Station?
Free shuttle bus service is available between the hotel and JR Maihama Station.

Q Is there limousine bus between the Hotel and the Airport?
Airport Limousine Bus (fee required) are available for access between the hotel and Narita Airport or Haneda Airport.

・FROM Haneda Airport or Narita Airport
Please take the Limousine bus bound for Tokyo Disney Resort Area and get off at Grand Nikko Tokyo Bay Maihama.

・TO Haneda Airport or Narita Airport
Advance reservations are required for the limousine bus for the airport. 
To make a reservation at our hotel, please contact to bell captain desk on the 3rd floor.
Seat reservations for limousine buses can be made one month prior to the boarding date.

Tokyo Disney Resort®:

Q Can I buy a park tickets of Tokyo Disneyland® or Tokyo Disney SEA® in the Hotel?
Tickets for Tokyo Disneyland® and Tokyo Disney SEA® are not sell at the Hotel, due to the restriction on the number of visitors to Tokyo Disney Resort®.
Although you can purchase park tickets, when you reserve the stay plan with park tickets.
 

Q Is there a bus between the hotel and Tokyo Disneyland® or Tokyo Disney SEA®?
Disney Resort Line (monorail, fee required) is available from the hotel to Tokyo Disneyland® or Tokyo Disney SEA® entrances.
